Kerala's cuisine is all famous for many reasons,one of them being the traditional style of serving feasts on big banana leaves.
Kerala's cuisine mostly comprises of constituents available locally.It is mostly hot and spicy leaving you fingerlicking after your done with your awesome dish.Coconut is the main constituent in all food.
